Where do we operate?

Sanford Property Management Ltd. manages over 20 properties in greater Vancouver and is available to serve clients throughout the Lower Mainland.

 

How do we handle after hours emergencies?

We have live operators handling emergency calls when the office is closed. They contact one of our property managers that are always available through a 24/7 response line. Emergencies are always treated as a top priority.

 

How can we help with your property development?

We have 20 years experience in project development, so we can assist you through the development process by preparing operating budgets, planning for operational efficiencies and identifying potential problems.

Sanford Property Management is a division of Katherine Sanford Housing Society, a non-profit society that has operated since 1989. Since all profits are returned to the society towards providing supported housing our clients are contributing to this worthwhile cause.
