Welcome to the Sanford Property Management Team of Professionals

 

The Sanford team is made up of experienced and professional administrators, property and financial managers and support staff. We offer full service property management in residential market and non profit housing management. 

The management and staff of Sanford property management remain informed and current in the trends of the Property Management Industry through regular attendance at education workshops, training sessions, tradeshows and conferences.

 

Bonnie Rice– Executive Director
 

Bonnie has been with Sanford Property Management since its inception. She has served as the executive director for Katherine Sanford Housing Society since it was founded in 1989.  Prior to joining the Society she managed a large portfolio for the Wall Corporation.  Bonnie has over 25 years' experience in development and property management administration and holds a CPRPM (Certified Professional Residential Property Manager) designation.  Providing professional service and value to clients is her number one priority and she believes it is why the company has earned its excellent reputation.   

 

Stevo Vranjes - Property Manager
 

Stevo joined Sanford Property Management Ltd. in 2008 bringing with him property management experi-ence managing strata, residential and commercial properties. His knowledge and expertise enhances the service we provide to our clients.  Stevo completed the license requirements for Residential, Commercial and Strata Property Management and recently fulfilled all the requirements of a managing broker.

 

   Mark Baillie - Property Manager

 

Mark joined the Sanford Property Management team in November, 2008.  He completed the license require-ments for Rental Property Management program at UBC Sauder School of Business.  His previous work experience in the customer service and maintenance management sectors is a valuable asset in maintaining high standards for our growing portfolio.

 

 

 

Paul Loo – Financial Manager


Paul Loo, is a current member of the Certified Management Accountants Society of BC and stays up-to-date with his training.  He has 30 years experience in all aspects of accounting and finance including budgeting, costing and financial analysis.  He provides financial adminstration for our clients and takes pride in being able to meet a full range of our client's finanical needs.

 
 

Christina Fong - Administrative Assistant

 

Christina oversees most of the daily functions of the office and offers administrative support to the Sanford Property Management team.  She has a wide range of experience in the retail market, office management and property administration.  She likes to impart a positive attitude and team-player spirit in completing her tasks.

 

  Rebecca Lall - Office Assistant

 

Rebecca joined Sanford Property Management in August, 2008 providing support for the Property Managers, Financial Administrator and the Administrative Assistant.  With her background in book-keeping and years of office experience she is a valuable asset to the company.
